- GPS location data from drivers during active dispatched jobs
- Before-and-after photographs taken at job sites

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Coordinate and dispatch towing and roadside services
- Communicate with drivers and customers about active and upcoming jobs
- Generate job reports, GPS logs, and photo documentation
- Process driver applications and verify qualifications

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes beyond communicating about our own services.
3. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and engaging with our Service, you consent to receive SMS messages from DFW Motor Club related to dispatch notifications, job status updates, and operational communications.
Message frequency varies based on job activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS communications except those required to complete an active service request.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Between drivers and customers: We share necessary job details (pickup location, vehicle description, contact info) between the parties needed to complete a service request.
- Insurance and legal purposes: Job documentation including GPS data and photos may be shared with insurance companies or legal parties at your request or as required by law.
- Service providers: We use third-party services (including SMS delivery, email, and payment processing) that may process your information solely to provide those services to us.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfers: If DFW Motor Club is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. GPS and Location Data
For drivers, GPS location data is collected during active dispatched jobs to provide tracking visibility to customers and for job documentation purposes. GPS tracking is active only during dispatched job windows -- we do not track driver location continuously outside of active jobs.
Location data is retained as part of the job record and may be included in claim-ready PDF reports shared with customers and their insurance providers.
6. Photo Documentation
Before-and-after photographs captured during service are stored as part of the job record. These photos may be shared with the customer for whom the service was performed, and with insurance companies or legal parties in connection with claims or disputes.
Photos are not used for marketing or shared publicly without explicit consent.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information and job records for as long as necessary to provide our Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including:
- Active driver and customer records: retained while the relationship is active and for 3 years thereafter
- Job records including GPS data and photos: retained for 5 years to support insurance and legal inquiries
- Financial records: retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax law
- SMS communication logs: retained for 2 years
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after a deletion request.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our Service uses industry-standard encryption for data transmission and access controls for stored data.
